Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or service with GHV Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd (“the Company”). By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance via our official website, social media, WhatsApp, or authorized agents.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

• Prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• Tour prices include private transportation with driver, fuel, tolls, and parking unless stated otherwise.

• Admission tickets, meals, and personal expenses are not included, unless clearly specified in the tour package.

• Optional activities (e.g., river cruises, cable cars) may require additional payment on-site.

3. Duration & Extra Hours

• Full day tours are based on 8 hours of service.

• Each additional hour beyond the agreed time will be charged at RM 50 per hour.

• Extra hours must be approved by the driver and are subject to availability.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Customer:
  

  • More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund.

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% refund.

  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.

• Cancellation by Company:
  

  • In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund or offer an alternative date.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• The suggested itinerary is for reference only.

• Actual visits may vary based on customer preferences, traffic, time constraints, and weather conditions.

• The driver or guide may recommend modifications to improve the experience and ensure timely completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage.

• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer (e.g., spillage, physical damage) may incur additional cleaning or repair charges.

• Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver, guide, and other road users.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• GHV Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by traffic, weather, government actions, accidents, or other events beyond our control.

• The Company shall not be held liable for injury, illness, or death during the tour unless due to proven negligence by the Company.

8. Insurance

• Customers are advised to obtain personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, injuries, or medical emergencies.

9. Privacy Policy

• Customer data collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
