By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. ​ 1. Booking & Payment • All bookings must be made in advance via our official website, social media, WhatsApp, or authorized agents. • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation. • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods. • Prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. ​ 2. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions • Tour prices include private transportation with driver, fuel, tolls, and parking unless stated otherwise. • Admission tickets, meals, and personal expenses are not included, unless clearly specified in the tour package. • Optional activities (e.g., river cruises, cable cars) may require additional payment on-site. ​ 3. Duration & Extra Hours • Full day tours are based on 8 hours of service. • Each additional hour beyond the agreed time will be charged at RM 50 per hour. • Extra hours must be approved by the driver and are subject to availability. ​ 4. Cancellations & Refund Policy • Cancellation by Customer: • More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund. • Less than 48 hours: 50% refund. • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund. • Cancellation by Company: • In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund or offer an alternative date. ​ 5. Changes to Itinerary • The suggested itinerary is for reference only. • Actual visits may vary based on customer preferences, traffic, time constraints, and weather conditions. • The driver or guide may recommend modifications to improve the experience and ensure timely completion. ​ 6.
